THE PURPOSE:
PSSI is committed to the highest possible standards of ethical, moral and legal business conduct. In line with this commitment and our commitment to open communication, this anonymous hotline is available to allow our employees to raise concerns with the reassurance that they will be protected from retaliation. However, if an employee feels that their anonymity is not required then they should talk first with the PSSI management at their plant and, if not satisfied, the Human Resources department in Iowa.

This anonymous hotline is intended to be used for serious and sensitive issues. Serious concerns should be reported in the any of the following ways:
SAFEGUARDS FOR THE EMPLOYEE
Harassment: Harassment of the complainant will not be tolerated.
Confidentiality: Every effort will be made to protect the complainant's identity. Please note that the information provided by you may be the basis of an internal and/or external investigation into the issue you are reporting and your anonymity will be protected to the extent possible. However, your identity may become known during the course of the investigation.
Malicious Allegations: Malicious or false allegations may result in disciplinary action.
HOW THE COMPLAINT WILL BE HANDLED:
PSSI's Audit Committee will receive a report on each complaint and decide if an investigation should be conducted based on the information provided by the caller. Some concerns may be resolved without the need for an investigation. The caller may be asked if they are willing to provide more information if necessary for the investigation. The complainant will be given an estimate of time that it will take to reach a final outcome. The privacy of all employees will be protected to the greatest extent possible if an investigation takes place.
