Health Insurance
- Hourly employees have a six month waiting period for enrollment.
- Salaried employees have a thirty day waiting period for enrollment.
- If you do not choose to enroll in coverage during your initial new hire eligibility period, you will not be allowed to enroll in the plan unless you have a qualifying event or until the next Open Enrollment Period, which is December 1st - December 31st.

Basic Life Insurance
Basic Life Insurance is available upon enrollment into the Group Health Insurance Plan ($15,000 - company paid).
Dental Insurance
PSSI currently has two different plans from which employees can choose to participate.
401(k)
All employees are eligible to participate in a 401(k) after 1 year of service. The company has previously matched 15%-25% of contributions. Funds from a previous 401(k) plan may be rolled into our plan at any time.
Stock Options
Stock options are available once a certain level of management is reached. |
