Safety
Our contract cleaning services include establishing a comprehensive
in-house Safety Program. We will continually to monitor activity
in your plant to ensure the practices of our employees meet the
goals of a safe work place. Currently, our workers' compensation
mod factor is well below 1.0, and we expect it to go down even further
based on our recent record. Our program meets or exceeds all OSHA
rules and regulations and includes such topics as Hazard Communications,
Lock-Out/Tag-Out, chemical handling procedures, proper lifting,
etc..
Government Regulatory Services
In addition to meeting all USDA requirements, our food contract
sanitation program meets or exceeds the requirements for the other
regulatory agencies including: OSHA, EPA, FDA, INS and EEOC.
USDA Approved Products
Packers Sanitation contractors will be using only USDA approved
products in your facility. These products have been selected to
ensure the most effective cleaning and sanitizing program while
still providing a safe environment for your equipment and our employees.
Key Management and Supervision
The key to our successful food contract sanitation program is good
management and supervision. As in the management of your production
operation, it is critical to find and develop individuals who are
proactive, self -starters. As you find these individuals, your operation
becomes more efficient and you prosper. The sanitation function
takes place during odd hours and
in less than ideal working conditions. Finding the key people to
manage a sanitation program can prove to be a difficult task. We
pride ourselves on finding and developing those key people and training
them to work as a part of your team.
